How to make a complaint about a Colorado Lawyer:
If you have already had interactions with an attorney in the State of
Colorado, and find it neccessary to make a complaint, you can do this by
contacting Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel at (303) 893-8121, or
toll free 1-877-888-1370.
This office operates under the Colorado
Supreme Court, and is authorized to investigate allegations of
misconduct by:

Colorado Licensed Attorneys,

Colorado Magistrates,
-
Colorado Licensed Attorneys Serving as Municipal Court Judges,
-
Allegations of the Unauthorized Practice of Law,
-
Matters Related to an Applicant for Admission to the Colorado Bar, and
-
Matters Related to the Colorado Attorneys' Fund For Client Protection.
If you are considering making a complaint, they request that you contact
them at the number listed above before filing a complaint in writing.
In some cases, a written complaint is not needed to evaluate your complaint.
